Excellent Alternative to Hex Bar

Dead lifts are a fundamental compound exercise in any workout programme. Typically hex and barbell versions of the deadlift require continuous reset of the start positions to achieve optimal form. This set up suits bigger lifters with longer arms and the open side of the rig means that it is easy to set up for good form and executive a variety of lifts. In particular it is possible to get the heels right under the weight alignment meaning heavier lifts can be performed with good form. Add to that you can row this bar as well so it gives another valuable addition to the overall routine. Downsides would be that with shorter arms the handle position is quite wide and lifters may need to elevate the starting position. Also the weight horns are quite short so some bigger plates would be adviseable for lifts that said I could get 100kg on each side and that was all I would ever need!

Best of both worlds sporting timepiece

I already owned the S60 and whilst the differences between the two in terms of functionality are honestly minimal - the role of the S62 as a stylish off course watch is a cut above. The battery life is amazing and the use for fitness is right up there with the best. Buy an extra strap in a bright colour and you have a the choice of a great looking sports watch and one that has enough class to wear with your Saville Row garb.
