  Arrived in perfect condition. Absolutely as described - to be honest, as new. Really well packaged and very reasonable postage costs. Somewhere between the drop off shop and courier there was a 'miscommunication' which delayed delivery. Bill went above and beyond to fix a problem that wasn't his in the making and even rang me personally to give me an update. What an absolutely decent man and a pleasure to work with. Can only recommend. Thanks
