  Although item was sent promptly, it was incorrectly addressed with wrong surname and street number. Spent a lot of time tracking the package and traced it to a parcel facility awaiting collection. However would not release to me without confirmation from seller of correct name and address. This was not forthcoming by the seller. Post office finally released item after much going to and fro. Also ebay did not state the full tracking number which also made it difficult to trace.
