Nice knife, solid and sharp. However, locking mechanism is very secure, almost to the point ot being too difficult to close, requiring pressing very forcefully on the release tab. If the blade is being closed simultaneously, there is a chance of injury if not careful. This could be engineered to slightly reduce the pressure required without impacting locking the blade open, which it does very well.

Good item. Works for lens greater that f4, though, as it stops down to twice the maximum aperture and most cameras cannot autofocus at f8. Consider the 1.4x extender as this will work with f4 lenses.
