Very Good strings but not worth the price.
My first set lasted 3 1/2 gigs before I broke the D string. This is much better than the average string for my heavy right hand. I play 10's on my Taylor T5. I can't play more than 2 gigs on a regular set period. I will up date and see how my second set goes. Here a run down of my first impression.
1- great feel. Bend nicely for soloing
2- they stay in tune well. Better than average
3- they have an extra wrap, very fine, on top of the regular wrap at the ball end. If you get a lot of strings breaking down at the bridge these strings may help.
4- dissapointed in only 31/2 gigs
What strings are better - NYXL or these? Right now the jury is still out. Both are much better than regular strings for sure.

The design is great! Very small package. Holds on great.
I have used the spring loaded capos, snap on, roll up an down etc.
The spring loaded ones are good but they pinch the strings so hard you have to retune- some folks having a few string a little sharp really doesn't bother - it does me. Plus if you use a harmony vocal pedal you must be in perfect tuning period. I still have to retune a little but being able to control how much pinch you get makes this issue better for sure.
I have had the spring break on other capos. I'm not saying this one won't break. The design is such that there isn't a lot of force being exerted on on specific part that will eventually were out. As long as it's taken care of, these should last a long time.
The small design feels great as well. It's almost like it's not there.
Is it worth the extra $$$? Yes.

Great boost! Super clean even with a big boost!
Easily fits on a crowded pedal board. Super small profile. Great clean boost for solos on what ever channel you want!
