Don't wiggle.
The joints have soft particle board. Don't twist or wiggle, sit / stand straight down & up.
Otherwise it will be falling apart within three months

Great for the price.
If you don't have a 4k TV, this is the model you want. Streams a crisp picture, easy to cast to from a NAS.
If your TV has USB ports they will power it.
Very easy to set up.
