Doesn't fit 2010 Tiguan
Item delivery was slow but that was expected, it does not fit a 2010 Tiguan as it is too big.

Does exactly what it's supposed to
Bought this for my first oil service on my 2014 Cbr650f. Fits perfect, no problems and though it may only work on this model of bike there was no way I was going to be able to get one of those bands underneath the bike to get the filter off, the right tool for the job!

Doesn't even come with instructions
The product comes in a handy carry case, it does not come with instructions, the seller does not respond to questions and is not compatible with a VW tiguan.
the component seem very good quality though.
