Low cost and good
I avoid the word budget tyres because that might convey the wrong impression. I have them fitted to the front of my car. They are quiet and I have not lost traction in the wet braking very hard. I have not tried in the dry.
I have not had them long enough to see the effect on mpg or to guess at how long they will last.
So far I am very pleased with a tyre costing perhaps half what some other makes cost.
