  I ordered and paid for this item on 15/1/2024, in time for my son’s birthday in February. I sent the seller 4 polite requests for an update and had no communication at all. By the time several weeks had gone by with no communication I had to raise the issues with EBay to resolve and received a refund. I don’t understand how, if you are a seller and have received money from a buyer, that you cannot just keep people updated, surely it would have taken seconds out of your day to respond.
