Bigdogherc doesn t describe me actually, I m not what you would call big and I try not to be a dog. Herc was an overgrown Sheltie we had about the time I started using ebay and I aptly named him herc.

Good stuff
Met rx is very good stuff if you are trying to keep your protein intake up and wanting to keep your weight down or lose weight, I cant say you SHOULD use it to lose weight because its not recommended but I drank it for 10 years or more with no issues. It is very filling, tastes very good (extreme chocolate)compared to every other protein drink ive ever tasted which is a bunch and has 38 grams of protein and only 240 calories. You have to use a good amount of water to make this stuff thin enough to drink which is great because you can drink on it for hours and it is very satisfying. It is more like a liquid meal than a drink. The only down side for me was it tended to upset my stomach somewhat, not sure if this is true for everyone though. It is the most filling protein drink Ive ever drank.

Great quality glasses
Great safety glasses. I've been buying these safety glasses from this seller for years. They are very good quality but I always wind up scratching them up eventually which brings me back buying more. They are good sunglasses also and very good glasses to use for night driving glasses due to the bright headlights on cars now a days. The magnifiers are very good quality also. Also very comfortable for wearing for long periods. Very happy with my purchase.

Awesome addition to any tool box
Had this power ratchet for over a year now and it is still doing great. I like that you can use it as a manual ratchet to break bolts loose then hit the button to finish the job quick and easy. It is not an impact wrench so it's not going to break tight bolts loose but it's still a very good tool. I'm totally satisfied with the performance and quality.
