  Excellent, arrived early! So happy I could buy in a 'lot' for a great price. All figurines in perfect condition. Thoughtfully wrapped up separately so they wouldn't bump together during shipping. A wonderful experience to recieve items just as described! Recommend seller!

  Package was misdelivered by PO. Not seller’s fault, but I asked them to open an inquiry in case an ins claim needed to be filed. Only they could do it because they had the original shipping receipt which is required. Anyway, they pretty much let me know that it wasn’t their problem, and I was on my own. Even trying to convey the PO’s ins claims policy to them was futile. Package was found and item was fine, but I can’t recommend this seller. They were unhelpful, misinformed, and bordering rude.

  Your first sentence is correct. The PO misdelivered, not me. I did what I could. I shipped it to you. Put the blame where it belongs, not on me. I have requested a review.

  You were not blamed for the lost package but for not being helpful, even after I explained USPS insurance policy to you. Only you can file a claim because you have the original shipping receipt. In order to file a claim, you must open an inquiry. You refused to listen, though a quick google search would have proved what I was saying is true. Had you been willing to listen and help, my review would have been wholly positive and not neutral. Best wishes.
