adding Tig torch parts

A great addition for any Tig welders needing additional gas lenses plus the smaller 0.040" tungsten collet. Short and medium torch caps also came in handy welding in tight spots. Way cheaper than any local welding suppliers in my area another plus. Thanks again, Carl.....~~=o&o .....

A clean used rotor glad to of purchased ...

A clean used rotor glad to of purchased (now three) for a custom to be modified rotor arm project. Fast shipping another favorite seller list. Checking my notes on the timing light degrees the super low mileage rare find garage queen survivor XL600R. Deeper research required as the width of this rotor arm for same listed model and years engines span had a wide rotor arm covering the same years span of XL600R engines. This 0.171 wide rotor arm vs measured 0.251 wide rotor arm, both have the same initial base ignition advance yet a difference in maximum advance resulting in 5* (degrees) less total ignition advance. No worries, Tig weld on a metal strip of the proper thickness to the rotor arm a correction for those less 5* (degrees) with an additional 4* (degrees) of increased rotor thickness for total advance 4* (degrees) above factory spec total advance. Factory maximum advance is rather low (soft) allowing for low octane locations issues preventing detonation vs available 91 octane. Real lead additive protecting the exhaust valves and seats also adds 3.5 octane points now at 94.5 octane. XL600R s wake up with a long life without installing a high compression piston and Hot Cam causing negative issues with a shorter engine life. Waking up and retuning engines within reason. Cold had starting the XL600 properly jetted to XR600R specs. Proud older original survivor bikes are cool.

Very high quality finish as well clean sharp cut threads. Couldn't find a better quality item unless it were made for NASA, yup that good. Only item, it took a couple weeks to be shipped and delivered from China to California. The wait was killing me, a project requiring welding outdoors with very few dry days during winter. They will be first on my list needing odd ball metric items again in the future. Thanks, Carl.....~~=o&o .....
