Uncertain
I'm not sure if I'm positive or negative. In my application (on a Pi Zero W), I've seen it quickly find its position and lock. Other times (in the same place in a window) it seems to be unable to find satellites and doesn't find a position in many minutes. Is it the device? Interference? Insufficient power? Could be any of those, and I don't know.

Very happy, nice display, so much faster than my old phone.

Sturdy and well insulated.
Needed this to splice two stranded #6 low voltage wires, securely. Only complaint I have is that the allen head tightening screws go in so deep that a normal allen wrench barely reaches. Impressed with the insulation and seems very sturdy overall.
