Price of Shipping Seems Extreme!!
This has nothing to do with the book itself. I haven't received it yet. The issue I have is that the shipping costs are about $4.00 more than the cost of the book. I find it strange that I can order something from China that can be three times the size, requires bubble wrap and has to travel many thousands of miles with several stops in between and all this with shipping included in the price.
