Perfekt for little things
The insert fits perfectly into the device and is easy to clean. The handle can also be removed. Small items can be easily placed in and taken out of the fryer, and it keeps the basket clean. Since it is closed at the bottom, it collects all the liquid, making it great for cooking tomatoes and other vegetables while retaining their juice.
