My Most Used Piece of Cast Iron
I can't express enough how much I love this pizza pan. Cast iron is versatile to begin with but this pan is my favorite. I use it on the grill to cook veggies. I use it over the campfire to fry eggs and bacon. I use it in the oven to make homemade pizza. The oven is where I use it the most, so much so, that it stays in the oven for storage. It's great for baking up frozen French fries, chicken fingers, and just about anything else that I want to bake up nice and crispy. Reheating pizza, bought from a restaurant, has made this pan worth every penny. Nothing better than a pan pizza from Pizza Hut, reheated in the oven, on this cast iron pan. Awesome!! You won't be disappointed with this purchase.
