Bucilla Felt Kits
I have not completed this kit but have done at least a dozen others... several stockings, centerpieces and wall hangings. Each has been beautiful when completed. I’ve worked out methods that I find work ideally:
1) roughly cut out pieces..leave wide border around pattern line. Keep all of each piece together
2) thread needles with every color thread to be used...keep them in pincushion or paper so you don’t have to change threads
3) sew all sequins/beads where indicated.
4) do all embroidery
5) when all is done, begin the process of cutting and arranging pieces.
I find things are better lined (stockings) or backed (wall hangings.
It pays off to take the time to study each kit and know how you plan to proceed. It is possibly best to follow directions on your first kit until you know how they go together.
Kits can be extremely time consuming. Patience is needed but end product makes your work worthwhile. Pieces are definitely worthy of becoming an heirloom.

KIT DIFFERENT THAN NORMAL
Bucilla kits turn out beautifully. This one is DIFFERENT! Pattern pieces are NOT stamped on felt! They are printed on paper and one must treat them like a normal dress pattern. Lay it and cut around. Difficult with small pieces. FIRST BUCILLA KIT IVE BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH!

Bucilla Felt Kits are wonderful!
Can't beat these kits for eye-catching finished products.
First kit can be difficult but thereafter, not bad at all. People rave over the results!
