After a protracted exchange of emails over several days, seller suddenly cancelled the order when he realised that he had made a mistake BUT he was not prepared to supply me with the phone as described in the ebay order confirmation. This caused me a great inconvenience and much time was wasted/lost. Very disappointed.

The phone arrived in absolute mint condition but there was a problem with the sim card reader. The seller respondedvery quickly to messages. Areplacement phone was sent within 24 hours, which was also in mint condition... On top of this the seller fixed my old phone free of charge as a goodwill gesture. I will definitely be recommending this seller to all my friends and family, and if you are after a new or secondhand phone I would definitely recommend.
