Universal US bands nice camera fast memory
The SM-G965U version has all the bands for Verizon and ATT along with all the T-Mobile except the new 600MHz. I will be using it in China, Korea, Japan and Taiwan when I travel and it covers those bands as well.
It automatically configures for ATT, T-Mobile or Verizon when you put in a SIM.
Camera is great and internal memory is a lot faster than s8.

Upgrade from the SM-T700 8.4 inch
I was quite happy with my 8.4 inch SM-T700 which is the predecessor for this device. However it was damaged beyond repair and I bought this as a replacement. It is lighter, thinner, has better battery life and faster charging. I prefer the aspect ratio of the new screen. The only negative for me is that the speakers are positioned for using the device in the portrait postilion while movies are normally watched in the landscape mode.
