I am aggravated with this purchase. The part of

I am aggravated with this purchase. The part of the blue-ray that played was really clear. The movie kept stopping abruptly with no warning. Upon inspection I can see that the disc has a very cloudy substance on it. I've cleaned it with alcohol and it has got better but there is still some substance on it that is stopping it from playing straight through. I ended up watching the digital copy which is not a great picture. I will try cleaning again but if that does not work I am sending it back.
