Could not buy spare parts (the manufacturer refused to sell another main seat)
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich I am very disappointed because I couldn't buy another main seat for the stroller (the carrycot that can be converted into a sport seat). First I contacted the seller asking about the seat. The sellers reply was fast but short - they don't sell any accessories for hauck.
I checked the manufacturer web page and turned to their service department asking them where can I buy the seat and what is the price for it. It took them some time to reply to my email, telling me that I can buy a carrycot (that is meant only for carrying a baby and doesn't fit the stroller) and named some dealers that might sell it. I think they first misunderstood my question because I wrote them in English. I wrote them again this time in german, and they simply replied I can't buy another seat, because they haven't got any spare parts.
Again I am very disappointed with their service and with the fact they didn't even ask me why I need another seat (was it broken or was it something else wrong).
I bought a new stroller and for me it was self granted you could buy spare parts.
I'm still wondering how is it possible you can't.
