  The seller sent the wrong item. I had a lot of trouble getting the seller to understand that they sent the wrong item. In trying to resolve this the seller sent me unusable return postage and then stopped all contact with me. I had to work with two eBay representatives, one told me to ask for a better picture or pdf of the postage. I did that. No response from sell. Second call was due to no response. EBay closed the dispute in my favour. !The item they sent is still for sale on their page!
