Xmas present for one that has no tools

Flawed
Purchased this on line version rather than the workbook. The program is not easy to install and had to call support couple of times and order an additional piece that added more money. The chapter quizzes will end in the middle of the quiz and you have to start over again. It doesn't keep track of your wrong answers. Some questions are not complete so you cannot give the right answer. The questions as a whole do not follow the exam. Don't waste your time or money. Get the workbook.

Good product
Use it in my job as a paramedic. The bifocal aids in not having to switch glasses for safety reasons.
