Dramatic with ease!'
excellent product! It gives you this thickness without any clumping. Adds a dramatic tone to the eyes. Best of all is there is no flaking

Ordered and used- after first application , my husband noticed the puffiness had gone down tremendously ! I didn’t think he noticed anything without being prompted so this was a delight.
