Works for Nutone 3210
I have an older Nutone kitchen ex fan model 3210.although my fan,s rotation was different you can easily change the rotation of this fan by removing 2 screws & switching the ends of the motor. You will need to cut out a small amount from one of the holes With tin snips to feed the power cord thru. Sorry, no assembly pics, but it’s not complicated.

Nice quality net. Almost seems too tight when 1st installed. Nice to have a measuring stick as a bonus.
