By far the best 4 player adapter for Sega!
This thing is great. It allows you to play with four players on ALL the sega genesis games that have that capability. I use an Everdrive and the only games that this adapter didn't work with were the games that were originally released as J-Carts. Highly recommended if you don't want to have to get multiple adapters to play all the 4 player games.
