Review of the Olympus C8080
7 von 7 finden das hilfreich This is a camera that I owned two years ago, and because (at that time) I didn't use it much, I subsequently sold it. But after reviewing all of the absolutely gorgeous pictures I've taken with it, I wanted one again. I knew it was going to be a tough search - perhaps almost impossible (since the C8080 was no longer being made). Well, I found one on ebay and it was in virtually new condition. I am delighted with the camera. It has a build quality and performance set that has placed it among the classics. It can only go up in value and I strongly suggest to anyone who is looking for one, that if you find one...snatch it up - you will not be sorry!

The Rolls Royce of camera bags
I own well over 45 different digital cameras (yeah, I know, I'm a sicko...), so I've been through quite a few different camera cases over the years.
But none compare to the Gariz line of cases for both looks and design. One of the most frustrating scenarios for numerous ca,mera case models out there is that you have to take off the entire case in order to access the battery/card areas of the camera. This can prove frustrating and time consuming to say the least. And yes, there are a few inexpensive cases out there that allow access to these areas.
The Gariz case stands above the crowd with its metal and leather construction. It is a work of art and yes, you pay for it - anywhere from $79.95 to $125 USD depending on model. But once you've ordered one, you become hooked - there's no turning around - you're hooked.
I've now ordered 5 of these cases for different camera models and have been absolutely delighted with both their appearance and access factors. You just can't go wrong with the Gariz line, and I know I'll be ordering more in the near future.
