Love my squart potty foot stool
This makes an unpleasant task easier, faster, and cleaner. It takes up very little space. It's nice!

The title is appealing, but very slightly misleading.

As I read about it, I decided I wanted my own copy of the book to guide me through the workouts. The exercises look simple and easy to follow. They are not hard to do, and they definitely work your muscles. I felt energized after the first workout. The book outlines everything you have to do. Jorge Cruise also explains the importance of eating correctly and resting between workouts. I recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a program that is easy to stick to yet gives you a great workout. I am very glad I purchased this book.
