It was a few days, but still in a timely manner. When it arrived, I was confused by the size of the box, it seemed small. Seller partially disassembled the rig to fit in the undersized box. There was insufficient packing material due to the size of the box. Insufficient tape was used and box opened in shipping. I conveyed this to seller and all communication stopped.

Great value
Unbelievable compared to the rc cars when I was a kid. I'm a big kid (35) and this thing is awesome. ECX is unbelievable in durability!! I flipped mine in all kinds of ways and my friend has traxxas slash. He broke 2 a arms in 20 minutes. I didn't lose or break anything. I will only buy ECX products. I don't care speed, but I also don't want to spend more time fixing then bashing ad they say.
