This video helps you improve your pelvic floor muscles in a very smooth and easy way with great instruction. It also has the three variety positions of 20 to 30 minutes long so you get a full workout to gain muscle control. Suzanne Andrews is an excellent clinical rehab physician in her video to help me and others get the right help we need.
