2 von 2 finden das hilfreich My faves are In this our Life, The Old Maid and The Great Lie.....Just these 3 movies were enough to make purchasing this set worth it but the other 3 are all great too. Thoroughly happy with this new addition to the collection. Keep them coming! :)

Wonderful book!
I dont usually like fictional accounts on historical figures but this one made me change my attitude regarding this genre. The characters are fully developed and are vividly brought to life and the author makes many plausible circumstances that could've come about regarding the characters and the historical circumstances of their times and events. I enjoyed the book especially since i am reading many biographical accounts on many of the Tudors and many of them dont have a lot written about them and their characters etc....this book gives them presence and vitality and for that i found the book very worthwhile and enjoyable. I will look for more historical fictions from this author in the future.

awesome series!
If you are a fan of Tim Roth you will love this series! He is such a dyamic personality and the series is well suited to his many abilities as an actor. The rest of the cast is extremely competant and likeable so it is never a dull moment. With the benefit of the pilot you can see that this is a true science with a real man is behind it. Once you here him talk in the special features section you realize how intelligent and worthwhile this show is. It really takes the authentic research one step further by illustrating visually exactly the science by watching it on the screen. The subject matter is much more readily understood through this medium as a teaching method for this particular science which is body language where as a book is at a disadvantage simply by its nature. Secondly, the huge audience they can reach by the series is a wonderful attribute too. I highly recommend it and especially season one with the special features and pilot which make it a very worthwhile purchase.
