Great book! Very informative!
What can I say? Great book! Best of all it helps you get back on the road to a more normal body condition and best of all it helps SOLVE the problems, instead of "patching" the problem, as the doctors so love to do... Remember, there is no money to be made from WELL people. Give it a shot, try it out.. I did and it helped me. You may even want to check out some of the other titles by Dr. Sherry Rodgers. Just what I needed
The perfect drop in replacement for my old 350. Set it and forget it. The only thing I can mention, is that the cap and rotor are made from some pretty thin plastic. Still, a good deal for the money.

Great wire set... vague instructions
The wire set itself is fine. Wire appears to be good quality, as well as the boots. However, the instructions are very vague as to assembly. The pieces should be drawn as an assembly diagram, as it’s easy to get the wrong terminal/boot combo. Luckily, there was an extra boot in the bag. I used gojo hand cleaner as a lube to assemble the wire set. It would be impossible to assemble them without that. Make sure you have a real terminal crimping tool. You won’t get a second chance with the terminal if it pulls off.
