Great price. It does what it is supposed to do.

Makita nuff said
Bought this to replace a mistake I made. I bought 2 Rockwell drills. Both went bad in about 6 months. Even 1 of the replacements has gone bad. Makita drills are well made. I own several other Makita power tools. They are reliable.

Fantastic Water Heater
I bought this NG tankless water heater last year when our previous one died. Rinnai makes a great heater. It has performed flawlessly. It delivers the water at the specified temperature set on the wired remote panel. The water temperature does not fluctuate during showers or other uses. I highly recommend this product.
