  Won an auction from this seller for a good price and they cancelled my order as soon as the auction ended. They then stopped responding to my messages when I asked them why they cancelled my order. Terrible seller, avoid at all costs.

  I was on the edge of leaving a neutral review, but after a few days to take the time and inspect the product, check the functions of the guitar controller and visually inspect everything I am satisfied with my purchase. Seller ran into some personal issues that delayed shipping, but life does happen to everyone and that is out of their control. Communication stayed consistent with immediate replies. Would purchase from seller again.
