Epic Davis disc!
Larger than life composition; can turn taking a shower into a heroic event! It's a wonder Miles didn't get tapped to score more films. The French knew what was up; the soundtrack for Ascenseur pour l'échafaud or Elevator to the Gallows haunts me to this day. When Alfred Hitchcock Presents resurfaced in '85, Davis composed for an episode, "Prisoner."

Milkmen progress don't go sour
You can't call it more mature, but it's definitely a more developed sound here. No one in the 90s sounded like this and that's why it doesn't sound dated. Recommended for Milkmen fans, folks not familiar with the Dead Milkmen should start with "Big Lizard In My Backyard."
