A helpful guide of sorts
Reading the book at this time and finding the passage stories of the spiritual leaders of times gone by interesting. they are listed in short , very short story forms and number about 105. with an after note
being a hospice worker this has been interesting for me and part of my part personal journey as preparing for my own transition helps me with the process of others

Love this iPad arm extender...I can make a standing work station where ever I am. Also can lay on back looking straight up and watch favorite youtube

3 von 3 finden das hilfreich Knowing a person's emotional state creates helpful or harmful chemicals in one's body, I was looking for background music/sounds to enrich the home landscape to promote a relaxed state.
This CD has two CD's. The first is lectures about the importance of sound and the effects on the body which were very informative. To fully understand what you are attempting to promote greatly increases the powerful effects of intention. The second CD is the music/sound tracts. The sounds are calming and greatly enhanced the peaceful state of house.
The CD does mention healing. One morning I was not feeling well and took the CD player and CD to bedroom and proceeded to go back to bed. I soon fell asleep and woke up three hours later much better and over whatever it was that made me feel ill.
I would rate this set of CD right up at the top of sound therapy. plus the price was very good
