Could be called an Encyclopedia of International Pastas
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich How did I get along without this book before now? A friend loaned me hers this summer and I could not believe the huge range of content and coverage. Most incrediably, I found a recipe for Pho soup that I have sought since the 1990's. Their's is chicken stock based and the complexity of flavor is amazing. Wish I had bought this 18 years ago when it came out!
