Before purchasing item I asked seller if any scratches present as item is a birthday present, seller confirmed no scratches. There is a scratch on screen which isn't visible on pictures but clear to see in person. I contacted seller to explain issue and due to being birthday present was happy to keep with some money back however seller was rude and refused stating only refund. Now I am left without a present and no time to get anything else.

Great camera
I bought this after looking at many cameras online, I've got to be honest at 49.99 which I paid it was the cheapest as had been reduced. You need to invest in really good rechargeable batteries, I bough 8 cheap ones and they lasted a couple of hours! I bought 8 batteries and 2 chargers from energiser for £20 a hefty outlay but well worth the money, I'm on night 3 and still half fully charged. You do need to go on the Denver website for clearer instructions as the ones you get are very simple and not in depth, on night 3 I've got my bearings and getting lots of good footage! Be prepared for some frustration during initial setup and first few times of use as with anything new to yourself it takes time! After videos I set a delay of 5 mins otherwise you'll be constantly filming anything that moves and it's a battery drainer, I'm getting 8-10 69 second videos a night currently, hedgehogs etc.
