  I am so impressed with this seller! My Bahama jumping spiders arrived safe, sound, and full of personality. The packaging was careful and adorable (the heart containers are such a sweet touch), and the spiders themselves are clearly healthy and active. She was also incredibly kind, responsive, and even gave me a great deal—above and beyond what I expected. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon. Highly recommend!

  Amazing seller. The post office lost the snails for almost A WEEK, destroyed the box the snails were shipped in, threw it in a “sorry we ruined your package” baggie and then shoved it into my mailbox though it was labeled “FRAGILE”. Somehow, all the snails arrived alive and safe. Each time I contacted the seller, they were professional and did everything in their power to locate the package/ship it to me. As soon as it was marked “delivered” they contacted to make sure everything was okay. A++

  WOW!!! seller went ABOVE & BEYOND 🙌 so so polite & helpful, despite delivery roadbumps (postal service, no fault of seller) the package arrived VERY well protected (even weatherproof!), the item is BEAUTIFUL and even more beautiful in real life. the magnetic enclosure lid alone is a life changer, but the decorum is a max of functional AND aesthetic together. long paragraph aside i couldnt be happier. THANK YOU SO MUCH! my lil spood is happy & comfy in her new home sweet home! 💖💖🕷️🏡
