Non toxic, always perfect waffles, space efficient
Love it! I was looking for a non teflon, non aluminum, non toxic coating. They no longer make cast iron ones unless you are a good hunter of old kitchen stuff they're hard to find. Lo and behold ceramic appears and doesn't poison you and actually works every time. I had no idea.A friend from Canada brought me a waffle iron from the 40's but it was still aluminum- (if a magnet doesn't stick to it it's not cast iron).
