Lose weight, and feel better. Winning combo

The book which included recipes, was less than $20 and I also spent about $100 investing in the right foods to promote a healthier lifestyle. In two weeks I have noticed a remarkable improvement.

Good series
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I recorded every episode when this was on television back in the olden days. I’m now buying the seasons on DVD. My only issue is no subtitles

Cheap hard plastic, not like the flexible more rubber like lid I had with this and in the past
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich failed to mention in description it does not fit an older 9 x 13 baking dish with extended glass lips on the ends. This lid will not fit over this type of pan. not worth the trouble of trying to return it. Just throw it away.
