"The Standard" line sharing device
This device has been used for years for line sharing. I use this for sharing a line that is mostly voice with occasional fax. (It can also be used with modems - if you still need one!) It intercepts the calls, figures out what is fax or voice and only rings the phone if it is a voice call. Mostly installed by phone techs just because they do this sort of work but if you are a bit tech savvy, it is very easy to program and the documentation is well done for non-phone tech people. I had to change the "answer on rings" number to allow the Caller ID to be seen on the phone. That was it. I probably won't even think about it for the next 5 years.

Good battery, good deal.
Good quality, cheaper than buying locally and at my door in a few days. Didn't even have to drive to the store!

It just works... without any fuss
Reads RPM and Engine Hours. Simple, not hard to use or install. Nothing too fancy. Just does what it says. Can be adjusted for multiple cylinders, etc., but I have used only on single cylinder 4-stroke engines. Although the battery is not replaceable, I have one like this that has lasted for 4 years and is still going.
