The item was effective
The tube was a little hard to put on the printer head spine, but I got it to work. The end result was I got the ink to work well.

Not working as I hoped.
I had difficulty installing it on W10 but had no problem with loading it on W7. One problem I am having is getting help from the maker of the software. Another problem that has arisen was after trying to use the software is after making crop adjustments the instructions tell you to 'click Apply', but on the screen, there isn't the word apply anywhere. I tried this on another editing function and again there is no 'apply' anywhere to be found. I have checked the edit and file menu and it wasn't there either.
