Fix your own speaker
Not cheap, but sounds good and easy to replace.

Great feature set, but not completely reliable
Setup was straightforward: just plug in your antenna and do a channel scan. Mobile, browser, and Roku support is good. Overall reliability is about 95%. When it works, it works well. Occasionally, the Tablo refuses to play recordings and live TV. It's annoying that there is no way to measure signal strength in real time. Your only option is to do a full channel scan. Also, it doesn't downmix surround sound to stereo. So if you record in surround sound, audio doesn't play on Android or in a browser. There's a lot of potential here, but I'm going back to my TiVo because it's 100% reliable instead of 95%.

Good value, but not the best sound quality
The DIB 443 works well, but the sound isn't as clear or punchy as more expensive options by Whirlwind, Countryman, Radial, etc. It's fine for live sound, but I wouldn't use it for recording.
