So far so good
Hand cramping was my main problem and this seems to be helping. Spray into by palms at night and massage into fingers and back of calves. Does have a rather drying effect on the skin but a little aloe lotion cures that. I would be hard pressed to use 20 pumps from the sprayer to get the recommended RDA but 4 or 5 pumps twice daily seems to be helping. I would like to get enough mag in my diet to achieve the desired effect but this is a doable addition.

Good value and colorful. Stacks two part top and bottom for one or two spoons.
