Great Sauna - something I am really using a lot more than I ever thought

I have a membership at a very nice health club with a sauna and steam room, however I rarely used either of them. I guess I wasn't the type to just sit in a big room and sweat for some amount of time.
During a recent Woot-Off the JNH Joyous 2 Person Infrared Sauna was offered for $999. The price at that time on Amazon and elsewhere was $1399 to $2999. The reviews looked great and I really wanted to try this for the health benefits, so I "took the plunge" and bought it.
The unit arrived a week later on a palette. I had my son help me carry the boxes into the basement (home-theater/work-out area). Set-up was very easy and soon we had the sauna running through the pre-use steps and later that night we started using it.
After playing tennis or ice hockey, I come home, turn the sauna on to 130 for 59 minutes (maximum). After 15 minutes for warming up to the proper temperature I go in and reset the timer to 59 minutes and watch an episode of Game of Thrones. The sauna is great. The only thing I need to do is to position the sauna better for watching the TV :-). Today I am running in an audio cable to have the TV sound playing on the internal speakers.
I plan to use this as much as possible and either watch a TV show or listen to an audio book. I'm getting used to the 130 degree setting and will ramp things up to 140 degrees (maximum). I have added the Oxygen Ionizer, Backrests, and headrests for a perfect set-up.
