Very good all around lens
Very good all around lens, it's ok for one lens to a full travel. If you zoom in (100mm+), it could do very nice portraits on full frame, with a nice bokeh. Generally it's very versatile, and the stabilization (OSS) works very effectively, I can do portraits indoor, low light at 1/30s with 240mm!

3 von 3 finden das hilfreich It's not a small lens nor light (2 kg). But the bulid quality is very good, it's solid and beautiful, with very precise moving parts. Don't try to use it with a tripod attached to the camera body, only use its own collar for balance! It's easy to rotate the body on it to portrait if needed. The image quality is fantastic, very sharp also on the full opened apertures. If you use it on 500-600mm or with a 2x multiplier then you should use the stabilization ON with images or videos because the high shaking in a lightest wind (or a super massive tripod) and also a remote controller is useful to not shake with touching the body. Anyway, you'll love this! :)
