  The worst eBay seller I have ever dealt with in 24 years. Ordered poster on 11-16. Did not ship until the 19th. When it didn't arrive when expected, I initiated a claim and seller went off the deep end. Started calling me 'Karen' and saying I was impatient and to just wait. Then states that he will not issue a refund. I had to have eBay step in and issue refund. Says shipping is out of his hands and not his responsibility. Avoid, read screenshots. Mean and rude, will not willingly refund
