A battery powered revelation.

Being used to 1/2" chuck mains routers, this came as a pleasant surprise. With the Makita 5a battery attached and a set of Trend bits, I was very impressed with the quality and performance of this router. For me, it hits the perfect balance between weight and power. It's beautifully made (like most Makita equipment) and battery life is perfectly acceptable, I use two batteries, one charging, and one in use, there's barely a pause to change batteries..

Handy little gizmo

Seems well made, is light and quite sturdy, is reasonably accurate but above all, motivational towards walking targets. Having one on my wrist reminds me not to be too sedentary. The display tells you all you need to know, the app tells you more, such as your sleep patterns (terrible in my case..) People seem to have difficulty with the app, (download from Google play or the Apple equivalent) but it works just fine on my Nexus 6. You can't go far wrong at the price it sells for, maybe not as slick as 'pro' stuff, but perfectly adequate.

Drone launch pad

I use it as a launch pad for my Mavic Pro drone, it's wonderful in long grass and uneven ground.
