I've had an eBay account for over 15 years, but I moved from my native country (France) to America, and the .com platform wouldn't let me update my bank account for sales purposes.
The only solution was to create a new account on eBay.com, which I did today (May 21, 2024), and hence, I now appear as a brand new user.... but I'm not :) :)
